This disclaimer concerns the use of the website and the information contained therein. For purchases, delivery, cancellation, returns, warranty, and complaints, our relevant terms and policy documents apply. Your statutory consumer rights always remain applicable.

We take great care with product descriptions, pricing, stock information, images, delivery times, and other information on the webshop. Despite this care, typos, input errors, technical glitches, or temporary discrepancies may occur.

Product images are intended to provide the best possible impression of the item. For Gunpla and other model kits, images may also show a professionally built, posed, or painted example.

Unless stated otherwise, you will receive the model kit as described on the product page, and the kit will require assembly. Colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. Furthermore, manufacturers may change packaging, box art, or minor presentation details without fundamentally altering the product itself.

If a delivered product does not correspond to what you could reasonably expect based on the agreement, your legal rights and our Warranty Terms remain applicable.

We try to display prices and stock as accurately as possible. However, an item may turn out to be unavailable shortly after an order is placed, for example due to a stock adjustment, simultaneous orders, or an error in an external link.

A clear price, entry, or system error that is recognizable to an average consumer may be corrected. Whether an error has consequences for an order is assessed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable legal rules. We therefore do not apply a general rule that every price or stock error is automatically at the customer's expense.

We strive for a well-functioning and available webshop, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be accessible without interruption or technical failure. Maintenance, malfunctions at Shopify, payment providers, carriers, or other external services may temporarily affect parts of the website.

A technical failure does not in itself change the rights and obligations arising from an already concluded agreement. If a failure has affected your order, we will review the situation based on our terms and conditions and applicable legislation.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, for example, manufacturers, carriers, or payment providers. Elite Plamo does not always have control over the content, availability, or changes of such external websites.

Texts, design, and other original material created by Elite Plamo itself may be protected by intellectual property rights. Brand names, logos, characters, product images, and other material from manufacturers or rights holders remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Displaying or selling products of a brand does not mean that Elite Plamo is the owner of that brand or the associated intellectual property rights.

This disclaimer does not replace our General Terms and Conditions or other policy documents and does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
