At Elite Plamo, we offer you the opportunity to reserve the latest model kits and action figures before they officially hit the market. Because the world of collectibles operates with limited editions and long production times, the following terms and conditions apply to pre-orders:

A pre-order is an order for an item that is not currently in stock. By placing a pre-order, we reserve the product for you with our distributors. This ensures you are guaranteed delivery, even if an item sells out immediately after release.

In accordance with the law, we offer you several ways to pay for your pre-order:

• Direct payment: You can choose to pay for the order in full immediately (via iDEAL, Credit card, etc.). This ensures your reservation is processed immediately and in full.
  
• Pay later: Would you prefer to pay when delivery is closer? Then choose Klarna (Pay Later). This complies with the legal guideline that you, as a consumer, are not obliged to pay in full in advance, while still guaranteeing your place in the queue.

• Indicative dates: The stated release date is an estimate from the manufacturer (e.g., Bandai, Good Smile Company). These dates are subject to change.
  
• Delays: Import items from Japan or the US may be subject to delays in production, shipping, or customs. Elite Plamo is not liable for these external delays, but we will keep you informed of significant changes via email.
  

• Cancellation before shipment: You can cancel your pre-order free of charge at any time as long as the package has not yet left our warehouse. Please send an email to info@eliteplamo.com for this.
  
• Cooling-off period after receipt: Once you have received the product, the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days begins.
  
• Please note (Depreciation): Since we sell collectibles, the condition of the packaging is essential. For a full refund, the factory seal (tape) of the box or the plastic packaging of the parts (sprues/blisters) must not be broken. If seals are broken, the depreciation can amount to 100%.

Sometimes a manufacturer delivers fewer units than have been ordered worldwide (allocation). If this happens, we deliver based on the order in which they were placed (first come, first served). If we are unable to fulfill your order as a result, we will immediately refund your payment in full.

When you place an order containing both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will only be shipped once the last pre-order item has arrived at our warehouse. Would you like to receive the in-stock items sooner? If so, please place a separate order for them.
