Assembly
This is a model kit that requires assembly. The parts come on runners and can be built without glue or paint. A pair of hobby nippers is recommended for a clean assembly; additional detailing and finishing are optional.

When will my order be delivered?
We ship throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Your order will be packed with the utmost care and shipped as soon as the order is complete. The delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. After placing your order, you will receive more information about the delivery via email.
Can I return my product?
Yes, of course! At Elite Plamo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a product not meet your expectations, you can return it under certain conditions:
- Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason.
- Product condition: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as you received it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened model kits (e.g., runners whose plastic packaging has been opened).
- Registering a return: Please send us an email at info@eliteplamo.com including your order number and the product you wish to return. We will then send you instructions for further handling.
- Shipping costs: The costs for returning the package to us are at your own expense.
What can I do if my product (or a part of it) is damaged?
I am so sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged! At Elite Plamo, we do our absolute best to pack everything with care, but if something has unfortunately gone wrong, we are happy to resolve it for you.

- Take a photo: Take a clear photo of the damage to the product or the specific part. If possible, also take a photo of the box/packaging if it also shows signs of damage.
- Send us a message: Send an email to Info@eliteplamo.com including your order number and a brief description of the issue. Don't forget to attach the photos!
- Our solution: As soon as we receive your message, we will immediately look for the best solution. Depending on the situation, we can:
- Arrange for a replacement part for you.
- Exchange the product for you.
- Offer an appropriate refund.
